Olympics 2012 Athlete's Village

Terra Therma have been selected by Haydon Mechanical & Electrical to supply and install underfloor heating at the Athletes Village for the London 2012 Olmypics. Designed by Polypipe Terrain the floor heating systems for towers N9 & N10 which are currently being constructed by John Sisks & Sons Ltd and have an floor area of around 30,000sqm.

In the short term, the Athletes Village will provide thousands of beds for athletes and officials during the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. After the games, it will transform into a lively residential community featuring an Education Academy, community and healthcare facilities, and swathes of parks and open spaces all located within a short train journey to central London.
