We are seeking an exceptional person to work with our rapidly expanding team to assist in delivering new and current projects, managing the Operations & Maintenance Programme of our existing portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the construction or renewable heating industry. Ideally you will be fully competent in Word, Excel and Outlook, with great people skills, and a natural communicator with exceptional organisational skills and self-drive.

Self employed Underfloor Heating Fitters
Location – Essex & South East England
Salary – price work
We require reliable and experienced Self Employed Underfloor Heating Installers for multiple contracts in the South East. We have a steady flow of work for the right people.
All applicants must have experience in all underfloor heating system types, and be able to provide details of previous underfloor heating installations along with references.
A current CSCS card is essential, along with your own current Public Liability Insurance.
Our projects range from private houses through to large scale commercial developments.
All projects are paid in a fixed price basis for labour only, all required materials are provided.
Applicants must have their own transport (preferably a non-signwritten van) and all required tools needed for the installation of underfloor heating.

Experienced Screed Gangs
Location – Essex – South East England
We require self employed screed gangs (2 & 1) with their own pump & van. All candidates must be Health and Safety compliant, trained and certified to operate their plant, hold current CSCS cards and all required insurances.
The plant must be safety certified and in good working condition. All work offered on price or minimum fixed day rate for smaller areas. Labour only, all materials supplied by Terra Therma. Minimum finish SR2, use of a power float beneficial.
