Terra Therma has designed and supplied a bespoke underfloor heating system for the innovative new Archway Heights in London’s Haringey. Specifically designed to maximise the performance of the building’s air source heat pumps, the project’s underfloor heating system is one of many innovative features boasted by Archway Heights. Leading London building services consultants Max Fordham designed the project to possess Code 4 thermal standards, an objective that Terra Therma has been instrumental in attaining, alongside Brava Building Services. As part of the service, Terra Therma supplied pre-insulated PEX Ali PEX pipework to run from the roof mounted heat pumps down through the building, in order to serve each apartment. Externally, Archway Heights is equally ground-breaking, with a unique look that has already made the building a local landmark. The project is very close to completion.
